Anyone who owns or knows of anyone with a Vespa certainly knows who Frank is and his incredible Vespa House. The last time I had seen Frank was back in 2008 when Sam first bought her Vespa. Today, we were back in the shop as Sam needed a part for her Vespa and I had the opportunity to ask if I could take his photo. He obliged with a smile and a tale to tell. This man has motorbike oil pumping through his veins and is the King of Vespas throughout Melbourne and Australia. An absolute icon of Melbourne and the Vespa community.
