During 2017, I was incredibly fortunate to spend 3 months travelling through Europe. The first two weeks of this wanderlust were spent in Greece whilst assisting my father in some personal business matters. I spent two weeks in Athens before trekking off to see the rest of Europe. (Berlin, Budapest, Prague).

Athens was incredibly eye opening. Especially as it is where my ancestry is from. I had visited when I was a toddler, but now I was getting to experience this majestic and somewhat raucous city proper.

Below are some photos I took during my time there. They are a visceral reminder on just how frenetic, chaotic and stunning a city Athens can be.
